Our workshops start at 9 x 14 meters and all have 2.8 x 2.8 meter roller shutter doors, their own electric supply with 3 phase available on request.
Prices start at £3.60 per m2 per 4 week rental block with 13 invoiced rental blocks per year.
A £500.00 refundable deposit and 8 week rental block payment is required upon booking.
